Terms and Conditions
- All ticket sales are deemed as final transactions. No exchanges, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted as bookings are ongoing and spaces are limited.
- Failure to arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time will result in tickets being cancelled without compensation.
- Tickets may not be sold on behalf of the company (Durban Boat Rides) by any unauthorized individual/s and/or companies.
- Once a ticket is issued it is the obligation of the customer/s to read and understand the terms and conditions as explained.
- All cruises are at the skipper’s discretion for safety reasons. Once on board any vessel of the company, the skipper’s word is to be adhered to and his/her word is final.
- All cruises are subject to cancellation and/or alteration without notice due to weather conditions and/or mechanical breakdown and/or unforeseen circumstances.
- The company, Durban Boat Rides, the director, the personnel and/or agents will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, damage and/or loss of any nature arising out of recklessness and/or negligent disobeying of instruction/s given.
- Non-compliance by passenger/s onboard any vessel/s prior to boarding and while onboard all vessels will result in a full cancellation without compensation.
- The company Durban Boat Rides, will not be liable to refund tickets due to unforeseen weather conditions, in such instances a postponement will be established and/or vouchers will be issued.
- All cruises require a minimum number of passengers before departure, until such numbers are met, delays can be expected.
