Booking Procedures
- After payments are received you will receive an email / WhatsApp confirming your booking time and date.
- A list of the passenger names and surnames must be sent to us via email/ WhatsApp.
- All passengers are required to check in at our main office 30 minutes prior to departure times.
- All bookings are final transactions and any changes must be arranged in advance.
- ALL children / toddlers / infants MUST BE counted within your booking regardless of payment.
- All online, email and WhatsApp bookings must be redeemed at the main office and not onboard the vessel as check in procedures need to be completed before boarding.
